Seven minutes to LaSalle

City hall at 22 Lincoln St is 3.4 miles from Langley's LaSalle Gate on Nealy Ave, by N Armistead Ave and La Salle Ave. For a Monday, October 12, 2026, 7:00 a.m. departure, Google returned a single typical figure of 7 minutes rather than a range. LaSalle is Langley's 24/7 gate, and the time stops there, before the ID check. Residential values heading into FY 2027

The assessor told City Council in February 2026 that 46,356 residential properties carried $13.03 billion in assessed value for FY 2027, up from $12.4 billion across 46,349 a year earlier. Dividing one by the other gives a mean of about $281,000. The city published no FY 2027 median, so this is a mean, and the billions figure is rounded. The approved budget's own table puts the residential land book at $13,024,186,800 and warns those values were not final until the land book closed in summer 2026.
